Brynlee Forik founded Pro•VII•sion after serving as the Director of Player Development for an NFL team. Throughout her career, she recognized how essential it is to support athletes beyond their on-field performance, especially as they manage the unique pressures and opportunities of professional life. With a deep desire to help athletes grow and thrive, Brynlee built Pro•VII•sion to provide personalized support that empowers them to excel in every facet of their journey.
Grateful for her experience within a team setting, Brynlee is proud to now extend her services to athletes across the league. While athletes remain her primary focus, Pro•VII•sion also offers tailored support to coaches and executives, ensuring they too have the resources to succeed. Brynlee’s passion and purpose are to support the heart behind the jersey and provide a framework for success.

We help athletes bring their mission, vision, and values to life off the field through impactful community initiatives. Whether organizing youth football camps or charitable events, we ensure their personal goals are reflected, creating lasting legacies that extend beyond their playing careers.
I met Brynlee when she was working with the Falcons Legends Community organizing events and scheduling player appearances for us. She was always hands on – first one to show up and the last one to leave. Always dedicated and determined to make sure everything was done right and on time. As her role grew within the organization, so did our relationship. She continued to keep me in the loop and make me aware of events and opportunities happening within the NFL and Falcons organization, as well as provide personal support when I asked for help. She’s helped me plan trips, set my family up with quick turnaround passports, and she’s been my advocate and personal confidant.
